Fees

Neutered/spayed dogs: $14 for each dog

Intact dogs: $20 for each dog

Fees can be paid by check or money order (made payable to the City of Louisville and delivered or mailed to: City Clerk's Office, 749 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027) or with a debit/credit card. To pay by card, a payment link will be provided via email within 2 business days of application submittal.
