I must have a Louisville Library Card to submit an application for a 3D print. Children or teens without their own card should have a parent or guardian submit a file and application under the caregiver name and library card number.

3D printing service may not print local, state, or federally illegal items; weapons or weapon parts; obscene materials; or items that violate the Louisville Public Library policies. Prints cannot violate another’s intellectual property rights, such as materials subject to copyright, patent, or trademarks.

My .stl file must print in 8 hours or less using PLA filament, a non-food safe substance.

My file must fit within the print field of a Lulzbot Mini: 152mm wide x 152mm long x 158mm high OR 6in wide X 6 in long x 6.2in high.

I acknowledge that specific filament colors are limited to what is available on-hand.

I understand that this 3D printing service is currently free, and requests are processed based on the order in which they are received. Please allow up to 10 days for your print job to be completed.

I will pick up my 3D print from the Louisville Public Library (951 Spruce Street, Louisville CO) within 3 business days of being notified it is ready for pick up.

I understand that print requests are limited to 5 models per month for myself or my family.
